We offer various types of consulting services

 

  • IBMS & MEP Design Consulting

We design the various IBMS and MEP systems for buildings. We evaluate the client’s needs match them with the technologies and the various products available in the market. The various stages of design consulting are given below.

We also provide peer review, quality check and commissioning services independent of design.

  • Certification Consulting

We help buildings get certified as Green and Healthy Building. The certifications are from several Indian or International bodies. Our personnel are trained and certified in providing consultation for LEED, WELL and IGBC certifications. We have understanding of the pre-requisites and the credits to be completed to earn specific points and reach the targeted certification. We work closely with stakeholders such as MEP consultants, architects, project owner and facility manager so as to enable timely completion of actions identified and thus achieve the desired certification level.

Other than certification, we offer consulting in specialized sustainability concepts such as Net Zero buildings , Circular economy etc.

 

  • Training

As part of our consulting services, we conduct both classroom and online training sessions. These are customized to the needs of the client.

 

Audit Services

We perform system audits for fire safety, electrical safety and security audits. In case of fire safety, we check the compliance to IS Specifications and National Building Code (NBC) or any other code that is relevant for the site. We also provide a solution to correct non-compliances and mitigate risk whenever such possibility exist. Our scope of work also includes auditing the execution of the non-compliance correction to ensure closure. Audit of security systems involves checking the efficiency of current security system being used, including Closed Circuit Television ( CCTV) and Access Control System. The audit also covers allied systems such as public announcement systems. The process followed is given below -

Building Information Modelling (BIM) Design

We provide design services using Building Information Modelling (BIM). Our multi-functional team can provide BIM MEP services with various Levels of Development upto LOD 400. Our services include MEP Modelling, Fabrication & Assembly, IFC Shop Drawing, Coordination with other services, Clash Detection and Scheduling. We also offer CAD to BIM conversion services.
